Our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee is specifically designed for customers who have used Zenith products as directed without achieving the intended results. This guarantee applies only to used products and is subject to the strict evidentiary requirements outlined below.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met without exception:

  • Consecutive Use: You must have used the product (1 gummy per day) for 90 consecutive days without interruption.
  • First Purchase Only: This guarantee is limited to your first order and is restricted to one refund per customer, household, and payment method.
  • Exclusions: Products purchased on clearance, as part of a final sale, or in discounted bundles are ineligible for this guarantee.

2. Required Documentation (Proof of Use)

Because this refund is based on proven daily use, you must provide comprehensive, date-stamped evidence. Failure to provide any of the following will result in an immediate denial of the claim:

  • Daily Visual Evidence: 90 individual, date-stamped photos or videos showing the product in frame at the time of consumption.
  • Weekly Progress Logs: A minimum of 7 images per week documenting your 90-day journey.
  • Lot Verification: Photos of all empty/used pouches with lot numbers clearly visible.

3. Physical Return Requirement

Even if the product is fully consumed, all physical packaging (including empty pouches) must be returned to our overseas warehouse.

  • Address: The return address must be requested via email. We do not provide addresses by phone to ensure the spelling and format are correct for international shipping.
  • Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to our overseas facility. Zenith Naturals is not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Denial of Claims

Refund requests will be automatically rejected if:

  • The 90-day usage was interrupted or not followed as directed.
  • Documentation is missing, incomplete, or lacks verifiable timestamps.
  • Physical packaging is not received at our warehouse.
  • More than 120 calendar days have passed since the original delivery date.
  • The request is based on a "change of mind" rather than verified lack of results after 90 days of use.

5. Process and Finality

Once your evidence and packaging are received at our overseas warehouse, our Quality Assurance team will conduct a verification review.

  • Review Period: Verification typically takes 7–10 business days.
  • Finality: All decisions made by the verification team regarding the sufficiency of evidence are final and non-negotiable.
  • Payment: Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
