Cancellation policy

This Subscription & VIP Club Policy explains enrollment, benefits, recurring billing, cancellation, payment failures, and refunds for Zenith VIP. It is incorporated into the Zenith Terms & Conditions.

1. Zenith VIP

Zenith VIP is a recurring membership that may provide member-only pricing on eligible products and offers, priority customer support, early access to eligible launches or promotions, and access to member content or a private portal while available. Benefits may change prospectively, but a change does not alter a disclosed billing amount without appropriate notice.

2. How enrollment occurs

Enrollment occurs only through an eligible checkout that clearly states that completing the product purchase enrolls you in Zenith VIP. Before payment, the checkout identifies the membership, trial, recurring price, billing frequency, continuation until cancellation, and cancellation method. The one-time product purchase and the recurring VIP membership are separate charges.

3. Trial and recurring billing

  • Trial: Zenith VIP costs $0 for the first three days.
  • First paid charge: After the three-day trial, the payment method used at checkout is charged $69.99 USD unless you have canceled.
  • Renewal frequency: The membership then renews for $69.99 USD every 28 days until canceled.
  • Authorization: By completing an eligible checkout after the disclosure is shown, you authorize these recurring charges.
  • Separate product charge: The product price and order total displayed at checkout are separate from the VIP membership fee.

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. We may send trial, renewal, receipt, failed-payment, or other service notices electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

4. Cancellation methods

You may cancel at any time using any of these methods:

A phone call is not required. The request is effective when submitted through the online form or received by our support team. Future renewals stop, and we will send written confirmation. If you cancel during the trial, no membership fee will be charged. If you cancel during a paid cycle, access may remain available until the end of that already-paid cycle.

5. Failed payments

If the $69.99 USD renewal charge fails, we may retry the same disclosed amount or contact you to update your payment method. Benefits may be suspended until payment succeeds. We will not replace the disclosed renewal with reduced maintenance charges or other undisclosed amounts without separate authorization.

6. Membership refunds and billing errors

Paid membership periods are generally non-refundable once they begin, except where required by law or where a charge resulted from an error or occurred after an effective cancellation request. If a VIP charge is processed after an effective cancellation, contact us and we will investigate and refund any confirmed post-cancellation charge. Requests concerning an unauthorized, duplicate, or incorrect charge should include the order email, date, and amount so we can investigate promptly.

7. Changes to price or material terms

We may change membership benefits or terms prospectively. We will provide clear advance notice of a material change, including any price change, as required by applicable law. A new recurring amount will not be charged without the disclosure, notice, and authorization required by law. You may cancel before a change takes effect.

8. Relationship to product orders

Zenith VIP is not a recurring shipment of physical products. Product purchases are separate and are governed by the displayed checkout total, the Shipping Policy, and the Refund & Return Policy. Canceling VIP stops future membership renewals but does not automatically cancel an already accepted product order.
