Privacy policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026

Zenith operates go.taste-zenith.com and related services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit the website, place an order, enroll in Zenith VIP, request support, or otherwise interact with us. Shopify hosts the store and processes information as described in its own privacy notices.

1. Personal information we collect

Depending on your interaction and location, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact information: name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, telephone number, and account identifiers.
  • Order and transaction information: products viewed or purchased, cart activity, discounts, returns, refunds, shipment status, membership status, and transaction records.
  • Payment information: payment method, authorization, confirmation, and limited payment details. Full card data is generally handled by payment processors rather than stored directly by Zenith.
  • Account and preference information: login details, communication preferences, marketing choices, and customer-service history.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or similar-technology data.
  • Communications: information contained in emails, forms, calls, reviews, surveys, cancellation requests, and other communications.

2. Sources of information

We collect information directly from you; automatically from browsers, devices, cookies, and the Services; from Shopify and payment, analytics, advertising, fulfillment, shipping, fraud-prevention, and customer-support providers; and from partners or publicly available sources where permitted by law.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to operate and improve the Services; process payments and recurring membership charges; fulfill, ship, track, return, and refund orders; create and manage accounts and Zenith VIP; authenticate users; prevent fraud and abuse; provide customer support; send transactional, membership, safety, policy, and service communications; personalize content; measure performance; conduct analytics; advertise and market where permitted; comply with law; enforce agreements; and protect customers, Zenith, and others.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to Shopify; payment processors; fraud-prevention and security providers; fulfillment partners and carriers; hosting, cloud, analytics, advertising, communications, and customer-support providers; professional advisers; affiliates; and government or law-enforcement authorities when legally required. We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or similar business transaction, or when you direct or consent to the disclosure.

Service providers may use information only for contracted services or as otherwise permitted by their own lawful notices and agreements. We do not disclose payment-card details except as necessary to process and secure transactions.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the store functioning, remember preferences, understand usage, prevent fraud, measure campaigns, and deliver or personalize advertising. Browser controls and any privacy-preference tools on the website may limit non-essential technologies, but disabling them can affect functionality.

6. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising choices

Some disclosures for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state laws even when no money changes hands. Depending on where you live, you may opt out through Your Privacy Choices. Where required, we also process recognized Global Privacy Control signals for the browser or device sending the signal.

7. Marketing choices

You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. You may still receive non-promotional communications concerning orders, membership, billing, security, support, or policy changes. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase unless clearly stated for a separate optional program.

8. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing Services, maintaining transaction and tax records, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and context. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system or transmission method is completely secure.

9. International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we and our providers use recognized transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Different countries may have different data-protection laws.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information; obtain information about categories of collection and disclosure; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision concerning a request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We may need to verify identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, subject to proof of authorization. Submit requests to contact@support-zenith.com or through the tools provided on the website.

11. Children's information

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age at which parental consent is required. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied information may contact us to request review or deletion.

12. Third-party sites

The Services may link to third-party websites, platforms, or applications. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own notices. Zenith is not responsible for a third party's practices merely because the Services provide a link.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or technological changes. We will post the revised policy, update the date above, and provide additional notice when required.

14. Contact and complaints

Questions, privacy requests, or complaints may be sent to contact@support-zenith.com, +1 (888) 836-2896, or Zenith, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. Depending on your location, you may also complain to or appeal to the competent privacy authority.
