Subscription & VIP Club Policy
By enrolling in the Zenith VIP Club, you agree to the following billing terms and membership conditions. This policy governs all digital access and recurring charges associated with your account.
1. VIP Club Membership & Benefits
The Zenith VIP Club is a premium subscription service providing exclusive access to vipclub-zenith.com. Membership benefits include:
- Access to the Zenith Naturals private health and wellness blog.
- Member-only discounted pricing on all physical product orders.
- Priority "Skip-the-Line" shipping on all orders.
- Expedited VIP Customer Support response times.
2. Trial Period and Recurring Billing
Selected offers include a 14-day trial period of the Zenith VIP Club.
- Automatic Enrollment: After the 14-day trial concludes, your payment method on file will be automatically charged the standard monthly membership fee of $49.99.
- Billing Retries: If the initial $49.99 charge is unsuccessful, our system will attempt to maintain your active status by processing reduced maintenance tiers at $28.95, $14.95, and a final attempt at $4.95. Successful processing of any of these amounts maintains your full VIP access for the 30-day billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Zenith VIP Club membership at any time. To avoid future charges, cancellation requests must be received before the next scheduled billing date.

Upon cancellation, your access to the VIP portal and associated benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which no further charges will occur.
4. Refund Policy for Subscriptions
We maintain a strict policy regarding digital membership refunds to prevent "accidental signup" disputes:
- Single Month Limit: Refund requests for "unintentional" or "forgotten" subscriptions are eligible for a refund of the most recent month’s charge only.
- Past Months: We do not issue "bulk" or "multi-month" refunds. Any charges processed prior to the most recent billing cycle are non-refundable, as the digital benefits were available for use during those periods.
- Finality: Once a refund for the most recent month is processed, your membership will be terminated immediately.
5. Direct Sales vs. Subscriptions
Please note that this policy applies only to digital VIP Club memberships. Physical product orders are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy and 90-Day Money Back Guarantee.
