Welcome to Zenith. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By purchasing from us, you enter into a legally binding contract with Zenith Naturals, a Wyoming-based company. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
SECTION 1 – ADHERENCE TO SUPPLEMENTAL POLICIES
By placing an order, you affirmatively agree to be bound by our specialized policies, which are incorporated here by reference:
- Refund & Return Policy: 14-day limit for unused items.
- 90-Day Money Back Guarantee: Strict evidentiary requirements for used items.
- Subscription & VIP Club Policy: Terms for recurring billing and "Smart Retry" logic.
- Shipping Policy: Terms regarding carrier liability and overseas returns.
SECTION 2 – BINDING ARBITRATION & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of your purchase shall be settled by binding individual arbitration in Wyoming. You expressly waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in any class-action lawsuit.
SECTION 3 – VIP CLUB & RECURRING BILLING
If you opt-in to the Zenith VIP Club, you authorize a monthly recurring charge of $49.99.
- Payment Recovery: If the primary charge fails, you authorize us to attempt recovery at reduced tiers of $28.95, $14.95, and $4.95 to maintain your membership status.
- Refund Limitation: Subscription refunds are strictly limited to the most recent month only. Past months are non-refundable.
SECTION 4 – SHIPPING, TITLE, AND RISK OF LOSS
Delivery is handled by third-party carriers (USPS, UniUni, GOFO). Title to the products and the risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
- Home Delivery: We do not guarantee delivery to your doorstep; carrier-mandated post office pickups are considered a completed delivery.
- Theft: Zenith Naturals is not liable for stolen packages once marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
SECTION 5 – OVERSEAS RETURNS & COMMUNICATION
To ensure administrative accuracy, all return addresses for our overseas warehouse are provided exclusively via email. We do not provide shipping addresses via telephone. It is your responsibility to ensure the return is delivered to the correct international facility; no refunds will be issued for items lost in transit to our warehouse.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION & PRODUCT USE
We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies regarding pricing or availability at any time. We do not warrant that product results will meet individual expectations. All health-related content is for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROHIBITED USES
All content, logos, and designs are the property of Zenith Naturals. You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
In no case shall Zenith, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or claim exceeding the purchase price of your order. You agree to indemnify and hold Zenith harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms.
SECTION 9 – TERMINATION & MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may update these Terms by posting changes to our website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
