At Zenith Naturals, we maintain strict quality control standards. Please review our policies regarding unused returns and satisfaction guarantees below.

1. Standard Returns (Unused Products)

If you wish to return products before they are used, you must comply with the following timeline and conditions:

  • Notification Period: You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, as indicated by the carrier tracking information.
  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a standard refund, products must be unopened, seals intact, and in original retail condition.
  • Exclusions: These terms apply to direct physical product sales only. Subscriptions and VIP Club memberships are governed by our Subscription Policy.

2. Overseas Return Process

All physical returns are processed at our overseas warehouse facility. Please note the following regarding the shipping process:

  • Address Requests: To ensure accuracy and prevent shipping errors, return addresses are provided exclusively via email. We do not provide return addresses over the phone.
  • Shipping Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for the cost of return shipping and ensuring the package reaches our overseas facility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
  • Non-Receipt: If a return package does not arrive at our warehouse or is lost in transit, no refund will be issued.

3. Inspection & Final Approval

Refunds are not automatic upon delivery. Every return undergoes a manual inspection:

  • If products are found to be in "Good Condition" (unopened and undamaged), your refund will be approved.
  • If products arrive damaged, opened, or in poor condition, the refund request will be denied.

4. Used Products & Satisfaction Claims

If you have already used the product and are seeking a refund due to dissatisfaction, the 14-day Standard Return policy no longer applies. Instead, you must refer to our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee, which outlines the specific requirements necessary to qualify for a satisfaction-based refund.

5. Refund Timelines

Once a return is inspected and approved:

  • Processing: Refunds are typically initiated within 3 business days.
  • Settlement: It may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. It is not possible to change the receiving payment method.
